Thank you, PaperClip Pairings!

The event ran quite smoothly with only the usual 1st round sluggishness and small glitches here and there that are to be expected at an event of this size. The crew, staff and volunteers were well prepared and quite professional!

I would like to extend my thanks and (I'm sure) the thanks of everyone in our Region to Hanna High School (especially Nelda Rogers!!!), the Brownsville School District, Paperclip Pairings, Victor J. Flores, Victor A. Flores, Victor Bailey, Tony Meza, Vicente Flores, Joseph Molina (Mr. Lincoln, sir!), Lakshmana Viswanath (Vis), Dan De Leon, Matthew Gracia, Michael Pena, Eddie Lopez Sr., Jaime Flores, Jared Korab, Jose Arguelles, Angelo Saco, Freddie Munoz, David Valdez, J.J. Garza, Astrid Santoyo, Daphne Wang, Margarita Flores and Victor Antonio Flores, all volunteers, all staff and ESPECIALLY all the players, their coaches and parents for a truly wonderful event!!!

Now, it is onward to the 2008 State Scholastics in Houston
on March 8th and 9th!
